Tri state tornado The Tri State tornado was a tornado that went across three states. It caused millions of dollars of damages. It set a recoded for longest tornado path in the world and the US recoded for most deaths. The Tri State Tornado include many details common to tornados and caused damage and destruction to property and lives that affected the region, but the area has recovered in its aftermath. The tri state tornado had many common details to normal tornados. Like almost all the tornados in the northern heamspear it turned counterclockwise. It had normal wind speeds for EF5 of 216.
