LAPD investigator Lt. Rob Nunally mains a team investigating reported firings at the household of the affluent Crawfords, husband and wife Ted and Jennifer. Nunally crosses the threshold the household in front of Ted holding a handgun, he admitting to shooting Jennifer, who is lying lifeless in a puddle of her own blood a minute distance away from him.
