This experiment tests the length of a foot depending on the height of a person. According to Tremblay, the taller the structure or being, the larger the base of support is needed. This is also represented by Tremblay in the equation Height+Length of Left Foot in Centimeters+Length of Shoe in Centimeters x Shoe Size = Height in centimeters. A ratio representing this statement is 6.6:1 inches. For every 6.6 inches in height, the average human has 1 inch in foot length. This does come with outliers, though.
