Met with client for ISP review and check-in re: treatment compliance. Client reported the last date of Methamphetamine and Heroin use was 05/15/2017. Client denied experiencing any w/d or post-acute w/d symptoms. Client denied having any medical issues and is not taking any OTC or Rx medications in the last 60 days. Client reported smoking “4-5 cigarettes per day” and denied wanting to quit at this time. Client denied having psychiatric issues. Client’s mood was described as “Good, positive, and tired, and looking forward to my day off.” Client’s next court date was scheduled to be on 03/08/2018 with Everett Municipal Court. Client reported dealing with triggers by “not paying attention to or associating with old-friends/bad environment”.
