This particular case has been impacted by racial disparity in many ways. This case has opened up new questions and conflicts regarding similar cases, and has certainly started a movement that questions racial disputes in America. I think this case was most affected by racial disparity during the trial, with Zimmerman being allowed to wear regular clothes and not a prison uniform, and during his reenactment he is spoken to as if he is the victim, instead of as someone who also committed a crime.
