Trasandino Cab Corp. and Hemlock Cab Corp. are NYC corporate medallion holding companies. Trasandino owns two medallions and Hemlock owns three. Trasandino is jointly owned by Jocelyn Cortez and Brar Ketels. Hemlock is owned solely by Jocelyn Cortez.
The TCC loan originated on 8/29/13 as a 3-year $1,450,000 interest only term loan at 3.50% to the Borrower. The HCC loan originated on 8/20/13 as a 3-year $2,175,000 interest only term loan at 3.50% to the Borrower. Both loans operated under a Master Joint Participation Agreement (MJPA) with NAA Funding Inc. Both loans refinanced existing NAA-COTMF loans. COTMF purchased 100% of both loans. NAA Funding Inc. continues to act as Servicer although the MJPA was replaced by a Servicing
