Primarily, companies would do effectively to promote additional evaluation of the ethical standards of their managers and expand a secure feedback system to improve supervisor self-awareness of important experience to successful management. The findings of the study suggests that future research is needed to further refine the ethical character of transformational leaders, such as honesty, self-transcendent values, and sympathy, which may present clearer illustrative influence of leadership approach, individual CSR perceptions, and ensuing performance.
