In class, we discussed the strategies of transformational leadership. These four strategies are idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. Transformational leadership is when the leader establishes a connection to engage others and increases the level of motivation and morality of the group (Daus, 2018). Strong role models characterize idealized influence. These role models emphasize trust, commitment, purpose, and ethics. They are also described as the social architects of the organization. These role models do what they say they will do. Inspiration motivation is the ability to inspire people and they motivate through that inspiration. They challenge followers with high standards
