Transformational leadership is a process that changes and transforms individuals (Northouse 2013). Transformational leadership is the ability to motivate people to change, improve, and be led. TL is focused on the assessment of motives, needs, and values of the followers (Northouse 2013). The qualifications listed above classify Elon Musk as a Transformational Leader.
