Considering the information provided by Dhiraagu they are applying different leadership styles in the business. The author found it more effective for Dhiraagu to be using transformational leadership as it allows more inter personal relation with the staff and the end customer results will be satisfying.
Leadership is getting results from the followers. A leader should see the opportunities ahead in the market for the followers. It should be the target to see and overcome the threats. Leaders has to analyze the environment thoroughly, formulate winning strategies, evaluate them systematically and improve the individuals or the team and organizations capabilities (Gandz, 2015).

Becoming strategic leader means being able to identify the weaknesses and strengths in each individual (Schoemaker, et al., 2013). The leader must carry out the vision and align it among the employees keeping in mind their personal skills. Each individual will have different skills, it’s the leader’s role to identify it and implement the strategy according to their skills.
Lee and Chuang (2009), explain that the excellent leader not only inspires subordinate’s potential to enhance efficiency but also meets their requirements in the process of achieving organizational goals. For instance, transactional leadership helps organizations achieve their current objectives more efficiently by linking job performance to valued rewards and by ensuring that employees have the resources needed to get the job done (Zhu, Chew and Spengler, 2005) (Obiwuru, et al., 2011).
