Leaderships have many styles are the Autocratic, Bureaucratic, Coaching, the Cross- Cultural, Emergent, Laissez Faire, Strategic, Team, Facilitative, Servant, Transformation and many more. One person can have more than one leadership styles. Marillyn Hewson, Bill Gate and Spencer Brown are participant leaders. Bill Gate, Spencer Brown and Willy Walker are vision leaders. The Transformational leadership are Bill Gate, Spencer Brown and Willy Walker. The only leader for Autocratic are Bill Gate, and Spencer Brown is the only person for Coaching Style. The first prominent leader is Marillyn Hewson. Marillyn Hewson is Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Marillyn Hewson has brought a new vision to the Lockheed Martin
