Transcendentalism In Me

In my life, I have learned many things throughout my life. Some things I have done were either amazing or negative depending on the responses that I receive doing my daily life. In my mind, I think of myself as a diligent and honest person, but others do to realize that I am sometimes not. As in transcendentalism, I do see some of the ten tenets that I need to work on as an individual. Some of the things that I do make my life feel really difficult and complex. I have realized that I struggle as a person to follow a tenet in my life that is a part of transcendentalism and that tenet is simplicity. The tenets that really helped me choose to follow as best as possible is to live my life to the fullest. Now that I am done with the worry of living my life through agony, I could inspire my true feelings of emotion like pride and joy from just putting a smile on my face. From my life, I realized that when I am in marching band it gives me the emotional and motivational skills to give commitment towards the people that I care a lot about. From the poem, “I Hear America Singing” by Walt Whitman describes that people that give their commitment towards a job or organization towards different perspectives. From Walt Whitman’s poem, “I Hear America Singing” I have realized that Whitman’s poem focused on how people took into consideration the word simplicity that he was trying to get across to people. Some people think of it as a judgment of religion as in other cultures viewed transcendentalism as a new religion or a concept of high judgment of the well-being. From German theologian, F.D.E. Schleiermacher, described in his essay of 1825 “Critical Essay upon the Gospel of Saint Luke” that the Bible was a product of human history and culture. This told people that he as a human was interesting the people that he is the influent and transcendental example of the tenet being one with god, not the church
