Leaders having the capability to implement both leadership skills are talented and understand that is extremely important to so. Hamilton states that a better understanding of how transactional and transformational leadership interact may help organizational leadership fine tune their skills as a leader. Personally, my leaders have led me throughout my career utilizing both leadership skill sets simultaneously. Furthermore, Marines are expected to naturally and effectively utilize transactional and transformational leadership skill sets in order to accomplish all missions that they are given from time to time.
