Methodology
The investigation mainly focused on the methods of training on machines and software in Xerox Company. The study aimed at investigating on the current training methods to employees on the machines and software at Xerox Company. The information required the interaction between the management and the employees during the training period this was to look on how the training method was conducted and what has be the challenge behind the lack of proper understanding on the usage of machines and the software in the company by the employees during the training session. The research demanded a qualitative research this was because the study had to use involvement of human beings at the Xerox Company this is also the research involved the concept of training methods in machines and software with the main aim in attaining the objective by the use of Xerox company

The employees of Xerox Company were asked what the meaning of training methods was and what they think it should involve. The employees defined training method as a way of gaining more skills at work place in order to increase production. Definition given by Xerox company workers was correct as according to Ciarniene (2008) states that training refers to a planned effort by a company to facilitate employees learning of job-related competence. Techniques that were to be used to achieve the objectives when at work or not at work place were distance learning, e-learning, team building, coaching and mentoring, seminars and evening classes. The use of the techniques were very effective .During the training methods lessons all measures and instructions were followed as it was one on one methods this method gives the learner to get every move and what he or she is supposed to do concerning the machines and the software .Off job training used lecture lessons in situation when the company employees new
