The section of the Human Resource Management that I selected is the Training and Development Function. Why did I selected this section, I’ll explain further; Training and Development describes the formal, ongoing efforts that are made within the organizations to improve the performance and self-fulfillment of their employees through a variety of educational methods and programs. So, how can a company will develop their staff and and managers within the company. We need to start by an effective orientation method.

First the Human Resources Department need to conduct a Training Needs Analysis, this process will vary depending on the needs of new employees or the training of current employees. Also will help H.R. to find out what the jobs entails and to brake the process down in to several steps or task. When assessing current employee’s needs, in some cases training might not be the only problem to the solution. With every company or business, the hiring process managed by the Human Resources Department plays a critical key important part of every department within the company. H.R. main concern is the well being and management of all staff within the organization.
