The section of the Human Resource Management that I selected is the Training and Development Function. Why did I selected this section, I’ll explain further; Training and Development describes the formal, ongoing efforts that are made within the organizations to improve the performance and self-fulfillment of their employees through a variety of educational methods and programs. So, how can a company will develop their staff and and managers within the company. We need to start by an effective orientation method.
Orientation provides information that they need to function. Ensure that the employee feels welcome and that he or she is part of the team. Ensure that the staff know what is expected of them. Make sure that the staff know the organizational structure and the company’s values, vision, goals and objective.

Once the Orientation part is complete the Training section begins. The initial part of training is the process of teaching basic skills to perform their jobs and or for developing additional skills. The training program must support the organization’s vision, values, goals and objectives. In addition, the training should support Performance Management. Training management is one of the ways that organizations helps employees meet those goals. Training is the heart of any organization.
