As Donna,Gina,and Jenny were approaching the trees and they saw what it looked like to be three trailers.They ran to the trailers as fast as they could,”Donna automatically broke into one of the trailers”.When she finally got the trailer door open all there was only canned peas and some old crusty potatoes from who knows how long ago.Gina was dehydrated from the scorching 125 degrees heat, It felt like their skin was cooking in the sun.Donna searched throughout all off the other trailers she didn’t find anything that would help them but some tin foil wrappings.Donna thought maybe if they saw anyone that she could wave it back and forth for reflection . after Gina got sicker and sicker,Donna thought they were hopeless because no sign of anyone …show more content…
After she tried to rub the bruise out, she started walking toward the cactuses she rammed the pipe into the cactus and she thought water would come out but “It didn't”.she picked up a rock and repeatedly hit the pipe trying to get it in farther but it didn't just seem to work .Finally “Donna gave up collapsing to the ground thinking there is no hope”. She walked back to the trailers to check and Gina and Jeanie and Gina wasn't looking any better ,before Donna came back she had a extra bright blue shirt so, she ripped it up into a bunch of medium sized pieces .Donna had a bracelet and untied it and tied those little pieces of that bright blue shirt walked to the closest road that she could see. After she got that done she was about 2 or 3 miles away from the trailer but ,in the blistering hot desert it felt like 50 miles away but she was beat for the day . Donna got back to the trailer and took a hose they found and she washed off and then she tried to rub off some of that crust off the potatoes and she made them to try to get Gina to feel better.At first Gina said “ewe” Gina ate a little then she couldn't because her throat was too dry.It was getting late so they all tried to go to eventually they went to bed ,and late that
