Inventory of all items will be conducted at setup and tear down of each event, taken by an appointed program leader. Participant attendance will be tracked by a sign in sheet upon arrival before entering the event. Adults who arrive with children under the age of 18 will include that child in their sign in, to help increase the accuracy of tracking.
