The Traditionalist Generation, also known as Silent Generation, were born between the years of 1925- 1942 and about 5 percent of the workforce nowadays. The Traditionalist Generation were born during the Great Depression and World War II. They either fought in WWII or they were children of those who fought. Their behaviors are based on experiences during the Depression or WWII. They have the very different mindset than the other generations due to world-changing events they had encountered throughout their lives. The values and rules they follow are respect for authority and being loyal. As well as they believe in top-down authority.
