Technology is growing rapidly throughout the world affecting the education system drastically. In today 's society, students have an option to receive an online degree or get an traditional education. However, these are two different things and require different standards. The differences between traditional versus online education is flexibility, communication, and discipline.

Throughout the years, I have learned my ability to give accurate information about certain situations such as; social, domestic, informal. For instance, I was watching CSI series on television and was able to give a problem and solution to the scenario. This showed the passion that I had for the criminal justice program and I think I should develop more broad understanding of the criminal law and criminal justice system.I would like to develop better interpersonal and communication skills so that reports might be written for state approval with future clients. I want to be able to work with criminal justice professionals to be successful building a solid foundation in interpersonal skills. Another skill I need to develop is the proper protocol of the law and its amendments. For instance, if I am working on a murder case I would need to know what to say and what not to say to the suspect. This will prevent from losing my job or causing my law degree to be revoked. There are a lot of skills that I think I need to develop to help me on my academic journey such as; strong oral communication skills so that I could write accurate recommendations, preset findings, and …show more content…

This would keep me from completely losing the concept and focus of my client murder case and being pleaded guilty in court. I think that every professional in Criminal Justice should take one task at a time because this program is very time consuming and it takes alot of critical thinking. Being a professional of the criminal justice field requires one to pay close attention to every detail and to be able to understand certain cases such as; domestic, informal, etc. I can utilize and develop my benefits of focus by avoiding multi tasking and dealing with one thing at a time. I think that if I practice this then I would not only solve each case well but also focus more on its main focus and how to help the client. This will be beneficial to both the criminal justice program as well as the future clients that will be involved in my near

The justice system involves a lengthy process starting with a police investigation and concluding with a conviction or acquittal of a suspect. After an investigation, police can make an arrest after obtaining the evidence they need, and prosecutors can decide how to proceed with a case.
