I think that Traditional Liberalism holds the most promise as a way to organize society with its particular strengths as its definition of freedom, its conception of human nature, and what role it believes church should play in government. First, it’s definition of freedom is that everyone has the ability to work and gain status for his or her self. I grew up in a household with working parents and I do not resent them for it. I believe that both parents deserve a sense of purpose besides raising their kids that give them another dynamic in their life. It is obvious that humans are creative as we have advanced society into the current capitalism society, where production is at all time high. Marxists do not believe that society should be competitive, because in slavery, feudalism and capitalism, the systems are organized in a way that the wealthy, more powerful people have continued to exploit the workers. These systems have lead us astray from how we originally were, as groups of people that relied on each other to help attain food in a communal system. I agree that humans by nature are creative in an innovative way that has lead us to naturally change by wanting to better ourselves and society, which leads to competitiveness. Parents should have the right not to abide by traditional roles and both provide for the family, to be role models for their children and help tach self responsibility. Humans by nature are competitive and self- interested for the purpose of bettering society, and because it is easier to know one’s own wants and needs. Separation of church is important, because religion should serve as a moral guidance, but since it is not possible for everyone to agree on just one religion, then it will only cause conflict. Although liberalism is highly self involved, it reflects the world we live in
