In life, you meet many different people and some are like leaves, from a tree, who move in for a short period, and others take root and begin to add value to your life. When I thin about a person who has added value, I think of Tracie Brown. I admire the confidence and compassion she possessess, but the trait I admire the most is her trait of commitment. I've had the pleasure of working for and with Tracie while in Dallas and during that time, she demonstrated the trait of commitment by holding true to her core values even when those values didn't align with those above her.
