Tracey Mallett's Life And Accomplishments

Tracey Mallett is a world renowned barre class trainer who was born and raised in the England. She began her passion for exercise at a young age when she began dancing at the age of three. After years of intense practice, Mallett was accepted into one of London’s top theatre arts schools, The Italia Conti, where she received a BA in dance and theater arts. As for Mallett's career, she started out seeking an occupation in musical theater and dance, but later on she decided to pursue a career in exercise and exercise training. She has several fitness certifications including AFAA group certified fitness trainer, certified sports nutritionist, and certified personal trainer. In addition, Tracey Mallett owns a Pilates and fitness studio in California.
