Tracey Johnson Case Study: Alpha Phi Internationals

Tracey Johnson has been with Alpha Phi for a number of years. Prior to this year, Tracey served as the Chapter Operations Advisor, however, with a change of officer structure by Alpha Phi Internationals, this position was removed. We offered Tracey the position of Risk Management Advisor and she gladly accepted the position. Although Tracey is specifically the Risk Management Advisor, she helps our organization in multitude. With the absence of a Chapter Advisor, she has stepped up to perform the duties of not only her position, but also the duties of Chapter Advisor. Tracey is constantly at the Alpha Phi Facility checking up on daily operations, attending Chapter Meetings, and serving on the Judiciary Board. She truly cares about the members
