This artifact is a toy project from Growth and Development of Young Children (ECE 102R). In this course, we focused on the different stages of children and the developmental milestone that are in the different age groups. I picked this toy project as an artifact for my portfolio because it was one of my first assignments at River Valley Community College that showed my creativity with creating an activity. I felt confident after completing this assignment. I earned an A on this project. The toy project connects to NAEYC’s standard focusing on using content knowledge to build meaningful curriculum.
