On 2/6/17 I met Mr. Abraham at the office of Dr. Yacisen. Mr. Abraham said he just wanted to make sure everything was going okay. He reports he walks with a limp, he has an ache in the knee, and the knee is stiff when he gets out of bed or out of a car. He denied any locking or giving out. He reports he wears his brace when he is at work or doing any strenuous work at home. The examination showed the knee was stable. Dr. Yacisen again explained that Mr. Abraham had degenerative joint disease to the left and the right knee with the left knee being the worst of the two. He would need a total knee replacement at some point in his life. Dr. Yacisen advised he needs to take Glucosamine to help extend the need for a total knee replacement. Dr. Yacisen
