We will provide signature Mexican griddle-baked sandwiches known as Mexican tortas, yuca fries, and soda/water. Torta Fiesta will best appeal to all individuals who like to experience new flavors in Mexican mobile dishes. We will be successful because we are a unique Mexican food truck that serves good-tasting and affordable Mexican tortas served with a side of humility and flavor.
