The land without owners, the land that was going to be a free welcoming land, but the Aborigines were to primitive to be owners of the Nullius land, until the English men and government took judgment of the land and the people themselves. Captain cook trying to discourage and take ownership of the land its self and others. - Working on calming ownership of lands, - Buying the lands of the Aborigines, - invasion wars, wars itself on the people in and out of the Nullius land and Aboriginal environment. But the land was originally “owned by no one, and no one had the rights of the land” (Professor Eklund 28th February 2001)
