Weaknesses of Dukat refrigeration is that their clients were inconsistent with coordination, distance is another weakness of the company.

Mike should be more careful about the competitors and should take the necessary steps before Jane takes up. He should consider opening service branches in areas he doesn’t serve now. He should look after his managers and make sure they don’t leave the company.

I would definitely look for another costumer. I will start off with a comfortable and relatively lower price compared to IDC and then gradually increase the price through my quality service.
