Torc Off Road is an American Short course Off Road racing series. It tours throughout the United States, bringing professional four-wd, two-wd and pro light classes. Which also brings in buggies and stock trucks. It it brings in more than 45,000 people to the races every year. Torc was founded by Off Road racer Ricky Johnson in 2009. It was known as the Traxxas Torc series, owing to a title sponsor , from 2009-2013 Torc Off Road started in 2009. Torc focused its attention on Midwest trucks, including Bark River International Raceway in upper Michigan and the ¨Big House¨, Crandon International Off Road Raceway, located in Crandon, WI. Crandons legendary ¨Big House¨, the new Crandon World Cup. It is part of a 47th annual labor day race weekend, that brings more than 45,000 fans with a 400 acre facility with 4 days of racing. Torc Off Road has been growing bigger and bigger since 2009. It grew twice as bigger over all the years. It also brought more races and even more classes. This year Torc Pro-4 winner Cj Greaves. The Torc Pro-2 winner is Cj Greaves. Torcs Pro light winner Kyle Hart. The brush run races are held in June. The event used to be called the Brush Runs. What is now called the Crandon Cup, Which is called after the governor's cup. Torc also raced UTV in 2016 in Crandon, Wisconsin for its first time. Cj Greaves raced his first UTV race in Crandon and he took first in both races. …show more content…
