Torri and her grandmother was very receptive in answering question to complete initial NC Topps and CFT meeting. Torri and her grandmother responded to all the question asked. Per the grandmother, Torri did well in school. Per the grandmother, Torri does not use drugs or alcohol. Torri stated that she does not engage in any drug or alcoholic use. Torri stated that she is depressed and have thought of wanting to end her life, but have not have those thoughts in almost a month. Torri stated that she does not know why she feels depressed. Torri stated that she has low self-esteem and hates that she is overweight. Torri stated that she does not have lot of friend, because the other girls at her school are mean to her so she prefers to stay alone.
