As I have been going to school, I found the passion for wanting to people that needed help; I hated to see people upset or unhappy about a personal problem. Seeing people like that made me realized that I want to be a person that will put a smile on someone’s face and if I could help in any way, I would do it. I knew that if I did such thing, it would bring happiness. As I made it to high school and finishing high school, I thought I wanted to be a relationship therapist because I used to be so into relationships. Relationships were so important, in my head, I believed that no one should break up and end something so beautiful. I didn’t have a passion for that kind of job. I thought it was a way I could help people seeing the brighter side of things. Problems happen in relationships, but you should not depart from each other over little things. I finally realized that job I wanted to do had to do with a be social to people. I did research about what kind of employment a relationship therapist leads to, and it was Social Worker. …show more content…
This job has my best interest because it focuses on helping children and family that are in need of help. I like the idea of providing social services to family and children that need the help. It also digs within the psychological functioning of children and the families well-being along with the academic functioning of children. This job leans towards trying to better people’s lives and trying to make sure that they can have a future. Being a social worker I think is the best job because I enjoy helping anyone or even giving something that they lack.
