I am a full-time student at Lincoln Land Community College and I work part-time at David’s Bridal, this can sometimes lead me to have little to no spare time, making fast food a great option for a fast and easy meal. Although, I’ll be honest, there are times that I will just go a long period of time without eating so that I don’t eat fast food. I would rather skip a meal, which is unhealthy, then to be judged eating at an unhealthy fast food joint. I would rather not eat so that I don’t get judged by my family at home for eating out. If someone thought about this, then that idea should make them feel unsettled. At my current job I see this daily, usually when my group is done with their appointment which is at least an hour at length if not longer, I begin to see a struggle of where they will go out to eat or if they should just wait until they get home to eat. Although, after they figure out a place to eat they continue to talk about how they each “need or want” to lose weight. Hearing this dilemma almost everyday, starts to become a thought in my everyday life. It causes me to form opinions of myself to not eat out and to lose
