Tone Of Writing In The Workplace

Decent Essays
A tone of writing can be defined as a attitude or emotion toward the subject and the reader. A writer's tone is very important, as it conveys a particular message from you as a writer and likewise affects the reader in a particular way. I believe tone is vital when writing in the workplace. In my opinion, treating every co-worker, vendor, or customer as if he/she is the CEO of the company is the easiest way to be sure that the proper tone is being used when writing in the workplace.
