Human inequality has been a problem for years “To Kill a Mockingbird” Tom Robinson is accused of rape. Tom had an unfair trial because the whole jury was white and all the evidences led to he was innocent but was found guilty. Many of us thought it was getting better but it's truly not. Now whenever you turn on the news you hear about a white cop shooting a black. Then these white cops are getting off easy.

Tom Robinson is Twenty-Five years old and one day on his way home Mayella Ewell called him inside to help her with something she then tried to hug him and kiss him. Tom then ran off and Mayella father came home and found here “raped and beaten”. Tom then was accused of rapng Mayella Ewell. In his trial Atticus Finch was his lawyer and
