Tom Hanks is an American actor, comedian and filmmaker,he has been entertaining the world since 1977. He first started with Great Lakes Shakespeare Festival. The most famous movie he has started in was when he was playing the role for Forrest Gump in 1994. This was the best movie and had the most Oscars.Hanks was interested in theatre as a young student and found it the perfect platform for expressing himself. Tom Hanks gradually gained more exposure and built some important relationships.He played in a varied amount of episodes on several TV shows that were famous at the time. A cycle of small successes and failures pursued, but even when a movie itself was a failure critics tended to compliment on his performance. His role in “Big” brought him his first big success, gaining him his very first Academy Award nomination for best actor. His success factors that helped him through his acting career are luck, education, and talent.
