Mrs.Goodrich a middle age woman married a very wealthy man Tom Goodrich who got his wealth from designing the Empire State Building in 1931 he was wealthy beyond imaginable.
He built his dream house for him and his wife. He also hired cooks maids and a lawn maintenance team. Tom got her anything she asked for and she loved it but when money was becoming a problem she got mad. One day they got into a very bad argument so Tom decided to take a shower to blow some steam. Meanwhile Mrs.Goodrich left to town filled with anger. When she returned she felt bad and was looking for him to apologize. But what she found was shocking. Toms lifeless body was hunched over his plate of food in the dining room. She ran to him and began to scream to his

There was no sign of struggle no wounds or bruises on him. Before calling the police she gathered everyone up in the main room of the house and made the announcement she also began to question all of them. She started with the cook. She asked “who went inside of the kitchen during meal prep and asked if anything looked out of the ordinary.” He replied in shock saying “no one went inside and nothing was strange but one of my helpers were acting suspicious and looked shook up.”then she asked to speak to the young boy but he had already went home for the day. She was filled with rage and stepped out for a few minutes. As soon as she closed the door everyone began to chatter and started playing the blame game. The maid believes that Mrs.Goodrich fed him poison and was trying to cover up her mistakes by blaming one of the workers. The cooks believe that theory as well. When Mrs.Goodrich entered into the room she had the company of the city sheriff and everyone got utterly quiet.
