I believe the early childhood environment is a place for children to be free agents to; develop, learn, grow and express themselves, while having the confidence and respect they as a person are entitled to. Furthermore I also belie that all children have the right to learn and their learning be abundant with experiences, knowledge and quality, as well as feeling a sense of belonging to their community and learning environment. These beliefs are important to my teaching and my philosophy of early childhood eduction.…

I believe by incorporating multicultural education as well as aspects of equity and diversity into the classroom, young students will become more aware of the increasing need of awareness of the cause. For example, students will be able to identify ways that they can interact with other individuals who are ‘different’ from themselves. With proper education, students and educators, will have developed the necessary skills to properly handle these topics when they arise through their personal experiences in education or within society. Additionally, the importance of educators growing awareness of these topics allows them to meet the growing needs of their students, ultimately providing them with a continuing path for an beneficial education experience. Therefore, my plan as a future educator is to engage my students with equity and diversity topics and activities to create an anti bias education.…

Young age is the one when a person needs time from one’s parents and people who live in surroundings. How a child gets matured in an environment depends on basically two things – nature and nurture. Nature is what the child has been endowed with by birth. But that too has an effect on the activities going on in the surroundings of that child. The mother, the father, the siblings(if any), and many other people who live around the child, who work around the child, have a permanent influence.…
