The issue is explaining today's problem with texting and driving. When one is on the phone with the driver, they should know that they're putting that drivers life in risk. When someone is behind the wheel, they're life is already on danger, anything can happen in a blink of an eye. That's why in the ad it symbolizes death, by showing the blood on the girl's face which means that the driver's blood is her blood now, and that she was responsible for the death of the driver.     A visual distraction is anything that takes your eyes off the road.
