Toast Worthy Research Paper

Toast Worthy women practice living a life they adore not one that they tolerate. When we over-clutter and over-schedule and overwhelm, we end up creating chaos and living a mediocre life of existence.

If you only do one exercise in this whole book, I want it to be this. This activity will absolutely change your life. If will free you up and open space for the life and desires you truly want.

I want you to grab your journal and write down everything you are tolerating. It could be old, stained towels, a relationship where boundaries have been crossed, a raise you have been wanting to ask for, where you live, a closet that needs cleaned, your weight, your sex life is dull…. List it all!

Now look at the list and next to each item, mark

You can start with how you dress. When was the last time you put on a beautiful pair of heels? When was the last time you wore gorgeous lingerie under your work outfit? Italian women wear high quality simple clothing, but love to accessorize and they also love their dresses. If you don’t feel like you have any idea of where to start with style, go onto Pinterest and look for outfits and style you love. And, maybe a few that are somewhat more feminine or more like the Toast Worthy woman you are becoming.

One thing I want to clarify is that you are not to dress or be feminine to attract a partner. Being feminine is how you attract the whole world to you and how you feel beautiful inside and out.

For a long time, I viewed feminine as being weak, until I watched those women in Italy. They were not weak. The beautiful, strong women but lived very sensual lives.

Pick from the list below or think of your own ways to add in some deliciousness into your life and add in at least one thing each day.

• Buy fresh flowers for your home.
• Soak in a bath of lavender.
• Sip a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
• Read something inspirational.
• Flirt.
• Wear a new lipstick color.
• Light

To truly live a Toast Worthy life, there is one step that is the most important and it’s to take inspired action. This is the step that brings us closer to our desires and our true life.

What you are doing right now is either moving you closer or further away – there is no in between. Well there is, an average, mediocre boring life! If you are reading this book, that is not what you want deep in your heart, so you will need to put in the work and take action.

Every morning take the time to sit in stillness and ask: What do I need to do to live my most inspired life? What action am I be asked to take today. If I accomplished one thing today that would move my life forward in a fabulous way, what would that action be? How do I need to show up today? Write down your answers and take action.

Your life will transform when you listen to the whispers and learn to listen to your own voice and heart. The more you practice this, the better the answers will become.

In Professor Jovanovic’s book “Hey Ladies, Stop Apologizing… and Other Career Mistakes Women Make”, she conveys a very important message for women— to be confident, to live outside your comfort zone, and never be sorry. This guidebook acts as an educational tool for women, and it’s main focus is on women’s empowerment. Professor Jovanovic argues that it is imperative for women to understand that in a world where their accomplishments are devalued, under appreciated, and seldom recognized in a way that is similar to their male counterparts, that they need to take control of their lives, and essentially be their own cheerleader. Tony Dungy’s autobiography, Quiet Strength captures the theme, “Expectations must be matched by effort”. The autobiography Quiet Strength depicts Tony Dungy’s life altering experiences, which creates the principled man he is today. Throughout life we will all experience a time that we are told we can achieve anything. For some, this dream may become a reality. For others, they are left with a life that is below their expectations.…

Every single day there are many decisions that need to be made. Choices that can be as little as wake up time and some that are as big as choosing which college to attend. Most people grow up making decisions based upon their own happiness or because they want to follow in the steps of one of their role models. I didn’t have any role models or someone that I wanted to strive to become. Because I didn't want to base my entire life on someone else’s, I had to learn about what drives a person and what makes someone motivated to do common, everyday tasks.…

This letter is a formal appeal to you for assistance with the tuition fees for continuing my education. I had to suspend my education at HBU (Houston Baptist University) because of the increment in tuition fee; I came from a family with no savings, my mother was a single mother (61 years old going to 62) who raised me in a low-income apartment life, no education nor funds for her ending years. HBU (Houston Baptist University) recently funded a football team in which they did well for their first year, and I believe this is the more reason the tuition fee was increased; I am not an athlete, but it is my wish that my dream of going to school come true. I am currently working but having my dream job will set my life in order forever for I am about entering into a new chapter of my life.…

According to society, women are supposed to be thin, but not too skinny, unless you want to be called anorexic. They are expected to wear makeup, but not too much cause then you look “slutty.” Females are supposed to be sexy, but not too much because then you are “asking for it.” Also, women are expected to be kind, nurturing, emotional, passive, quiet, dependent, submissive, and weak (the man needs to save the woman). African American females are considered to be “hypersexual and physically tough” (Wade and Ferree, 2015, p. 91).…

The professional book that I chose to read was “The American Health Care Paradox: why spending more is getting us less” wrote by Elizabeth H. Bradley and Lauren A. Taylor. In this book the authors demonstrate how American is spending more in health care but have poorer health outcome compare to other industrialized countries especially the Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Denmark and Norway). After interviewing different people in the medical field, the authors believe firmly that America will have better health outcomes if the government invest more in social services such as education, employment, training, housing, etc.… This does not imply that spending in health care is a wrong doing, it just means that social services and the health care…

What is more, with such characters as the scandalous singer Shug Avery and the sturdy village girl Sofia, the author introduces an optimistic image of the new age modern woman. This new woman is not only independent, strong and able to stand up for herself, but is in many ways also extremely masculine: she looks butch, participates in fights, wears trousers, talks, thinks and makes love like a man. Finally, in The Color Purple these masculine women have a huge impact on the psychological metamorphosis of the main female character Celie, who from a former passive victim turns into a new age woman; tough, liberated from the bonds of male power and surprisingly masculine. The present paper will focus on the ways through which, by portraying…

Emotion does not directly affect the scientific method. Rather, it affects what we select to observe and how we choose to interpret it. This in turn affects our hypothesis and consequentially affects the rest of the scientific method (Jaggar 693). Adopting feminist epistemology will also provide a more objective approach to science. This is because feminist epistemology encourages people other than white men to engage in scientific experiments.…
