Unemployment can be faced by different kinds of people but not all handle it the same. Indianapolis, Indiana is known as the city with most jobs equally for both lower, medium, and higher class. Different problems arise with unemployment with countless solutions attached to each specific issue, but there is only one good reasonable solution that will be beneficial for the problem. One company that is facing such problem is car parts and accessories manufacturers in Mooresville, Indiana called TOA. There may be more than one solution to solving the problem of unemployment at TOA, but the most effective would be making a better training program that will benefit both employers and employees.

Placing flyers is related to the training program in a way that it will serve as an invitation to those applying at TOA. Raising awareness for unemployment will let employers think deeply about how they manage their company. Unemployment has a great mental effect on the employees because stressing over being unemployed leads to anxiety and sometimes depression. While there are many positive effects on employees, sudden unemployment can be a hard blowout for the workers and can add in the stress that they already have. Relating these problems to producing a better training program, it can help those affected by unemployment and going through emotional, physical, or mental instability. Such program will help those individuals by giving them advice on how to prevent those from happening, prepare them for what to expect in that specific company, and thoroughly guide them to the company’s rules and expectations on what they want to see from the employees. The training program will be in different sessions discussing particular topics on wellness that will be helpful towards the workers. Sessions will be taught by professionals who has had experiences regarding such problems. Topics that will be mainly be taught is handling stress when work seems to weigh down on workers, problems with coworkers, family problems that affect work performances, etc. Likewise, different methods of handling stress will be taught as well such as taking a deep breath, temporarily stop working and relaxing for a moment, or talking to coworkers. As has been said, doing various sessions for both the employers and employees during the training program will benefit both
