To what extent does technology improve / harm people’s lives?
Well two main reasons to the extent at which technology improves or harms our lives and other people. The first one being privacy and the second one being security.
In the first one Privacy, With cameras, cameras are everywhere and anyone can install them. Technologies such as cameras can also used to keep areas safe and clear of any criminals but there are the few who do abuse them. Some criminals go to the extend of putting them in hotels and bathrooms and can turn them on from the other room. Another one is the patriot act that happened after the attacks of 9/11 which struck america shockingly. The act is in full effect in the U.S. government
