To Kill Or Not To Raise Of Drones: Are They Safe?

Ever see one of those super tiny helicopters that can be the size of a car that are remoted controlled that can be many shapes and sizes and if you have they are called drones A.K.A unmanned aircrafts. A question that is often raised is how legal drone operation is and is it even safe? Drone ownership and operation are an invasion of privacy because they can be a nuisance to people, they can capture unwanted sights, and can trespass on privately owned property. Drones can be a nuisance to owner’s livestock when constantly being flown over their property and not just the animals but humans as well as . A way that drones are becoming a nuisance is invading sensitive airspace and private property. Now drones can be appealing to the person that is operating it but be the complete opposite to the person on the other side of the story. An example of how drones can be a nuisance to a farmer is that their chickens will not be in the mood to lay eggs which can be a big problem to the farmer and the consumer as Tiffany Dowell puts it. The reason that people would see drones as trespassing is anything on the the ground is trespassing so why not in the air as well. Some people would say that if the drone takes off in the private property it is considered trespassing (Kipkemoi) but not if the drone is flying over. Drones are fun to use but they should not trespass on private property because the owner now has full rights over the drone. An easy way to think of trespassing is the southern border of the United States of America, if an immigrant crosses illegally they are trespassing on “private property” so they can be handled by the US in any way. Trespassing should be avoided so no party is harmed. Air space can be enforced by having people ask permission before taking
