In “Harper Lee Passes Away at Age 89”, article from NewsCurrent’s website, Harper Lee’s life and accomplishments as an author are conveyed. Harper Lee was raised in a small Alabama town and she wrote a “To Kill a Mockingjay” that included characters based off her life. Lee had not expected her novel to become popular when she first wrote it. Her book started trending and eventually she published a sequel called “Go Set a Watchmen.” After Harper Lee wrote “To Kill a Mockingjay”, she was honored and will die as a famous American author.
