The definition of optimism is seeing something good in bad as well as having hope. Jackie Robinson felt belligerent when he was getting a lot of racism still he didn’t do anything because he knew that one day he would be treated with respect even if they didn’t like him. That is optimism, he hoped to be treated with respect even that in that movements where there was a lot of racism. A other example of optimism is Malala she fought for woman to have education until one day when she was going home from school she got shot in the side of her head. It was a miracle that she survived, yet after all that happen she still keep on fighting for her rights. Optimism is just having hope in a bad situation, many people are known for that. People even do optimism without even noticing. For instance maybe you where in a bad situation, then you maybe got accepted to the collage you wanted to go to although you are still in the bad situation. You are looking at good in bad. Or when something bad happen to a person they don’t think about them self’s and still think for others because there is hope. That is their hope. Those two are examples of optimism they both see well in bad or hope. Optimism is just everywhere people might not see it or notice that what they did was optimism. Sometimes you make bad choices but has something good come out of it. Optimism is just staying positive in a bad situation and never giving up. Being brave to keep going through their bad situation. You might know some people that have done optimism and you didn’t even know. A science teacher who stays up thinking about what he or she will teach to their students is optimism same as a math teacher. They both do optimism or say optimism. Maybe something is hard but others say it’s easy. I know you can do it and then you might have hope and try until you do it to make them
