The movie contains tolerance, it is something we have problem with today. Differences in social status are seen through social, the black community, despite its profusion of admirable qualities, the Ewells, allowed Bob Ewell to make up for his lack of importance by persecuting Tom Robinson. These social divisions that make up so much of the world are revealed in the book to be irrational and destructive. For example, Scout cannot understand why “Aunt Alexandra refuses to let her consort with young Walter Cunningham”. Lee uses the children’s comprehension at the hostile to critique the role of class status and, bias in human interaction. In the movie, women and African American people are not thought of as equals or not accepted in today’s society. For example, there are many unfair cases with African Americans. There are some police officers that want to arrest African Americans for no reason. This is why it is important to live by the quote “all lives matter”. A situation similar to kill a mocking bird is the trial of Oj Simpson. There are similar because they both deal with racism.
