To Fulfill Mom’s Wish
Jordan is an eighteen-year-old hardworking, dedicated guy studying Kinesiology at ULM due to his love for sports, especially basketball. Jordan had a decent childhood, having a cool dad and loving mom until his mom passed away when he was fourteen years old due to liver cancer. Since then, he has been living with his dad. Despite having to deal with a lot of painful thing, at such a young age, he is a very cheerful guy. While talking about his mom, Jordan said, “My mom’s biggest wish was for me to graduate college.” His mom has always been his inspiration, and since she passed away, he wants to make her proud.

He whimsically said, “My mom’s kind of mean but I definitely want someone like her who keeps things straight and who pushes me towards my goal.” Talking about children, he straight away, without a thought, said, “I want one son.” Then he continued, “if I have a daughter, I will be over protective because my mother couldn’t fulfill her biggest dream of going to college because she was pregnant, and this thing has always haunted me, and I don’t want the same to happen to anyone.” He ultimately wants to live in Texas, where his family is originally from and wants to stay close to his family.
Despite his hardships, he managed to keep his self-esteem; all these things have motivated him to achieve his dream. Jordan summed up his philosophy, saying, “Don’t stress out, just chill cause life’s simple.” His ultimate life goal is to make his mom proud, who has always been his inspiration throughout his life. He wants to be a motivator like his mom because she is the one that he lives his life for. With such great character build from his past, he certainly will make his mom proud and be a great example to people around
