Title IX Compliance

First, as an athletic director it is most important to understand where your current level of Title IX compliance lies. . Full understanding of how to prove Title IX compliance would also be extremely relevant. Title IX is a compliance issue that requires a considerable amount of attention, and should be constantly on the mind of an athletic director. In regards to harassment, education of staff is once again of paramount importance. The staff needs to understand that harassment, bullying, or other similar activities are not to be tolerated in any capacity.
Furthermore, if they see situations such as this taking place it is important not to ignore these situations and to work to address and eliminate them as quickly as possible. With your
