Everybody has their own life and they do it in lively. However, there is a time where they feel like doing nothing. Finally, they give up because they feel like they pushed off everything but the result is not as they wanted. People cannot give up for the rest of life, right? By reading news and article, it helps you to be more sensitive about hot issues around you. You do not have to push yourself to read it all. You may give it a scrutinize reading. For the articles itself, you may get motivated by reading some such as what to boost the working spirit. It could be articles of more information about your jobs, and so forth.

3. Make a note
Make a note on what you have done in the day. Before bed for example, take some minutes to write it. Beside to give an evaluation, you can be happy if your goals have been achieved in the day.
