Tiny Modular Home Co. will offer a house that is meant to be bought in sections and connected by a professional installer to become a permanent home. The target market (16 Lodish) of the business would focus on producing sales with young people, senior citizens, and regions that show a higher interest in tiny homes statistically. With this in mind, there will be several variations of modular homes that can be viewed and purchased. But, customers primarily are expected to customize their home using our online customization shopping cart or by filling out an order form that follows similar procedures. If we could manage to contract with Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, which has already developed a strong reputation I believe we could be set. Although the company would be making a sacrifice of the potential profit, the reputation and ability to market our business as that customer-centered and premium quality material that we are aiming for will be possible through this reseller (199 Lodish). Also, to take into consideration the fact that this addition to their product offering could take away from the attention that customers give to their own product, we could figure a fair percentage division of the profit per house sold and the offering (12 Lodish) is slightly different than Tumbleweed’s because of the foundations, some of their customers may not want a trailer for a foundation and can prefer to opt for our product. In the end, instead of competing with Tumbleweed for similar target segments (17 Lodish), we could work together through exclusive distribution (189 Lodish). After the company has developed a nest for a reputation and profit we could then look into other distributions like direct (185 Lodish), where we could gain more control over our inventory and at an advantage because we will have lowered the risk of business
